Generally, the higher you aim to go, the more you need a high impact resume to show your accomplishments, not just your responsibilities. For example, have you done any of the following:

• completed a large project ahead of schedule or under budget?
• made any changes that have resulted in a cost saving?
• figured out why a piece of equipment is always breaking down, and fixed it, so that the plant now has less downtime (higher equipment availability)?
• figured out a way to increase production or throughput?
• helped to lower maintenance or repair costs somehow?
• worked to improve environmental compliance?
• planned and coordinated a major shutdown?
• improved safety?
• served on any committees or self-directed work teams?

There are many more possibilities but this should give you an idea of what could be on YOUR resume.

Your investment in a high impact trades resume would be:

Package 1: Resume only: $200 for hands-on trades, $225 for a Foreman, $300 for a General Foreman or Safety Officer, $400 for a Construction Manager, Project Superintendent or Consultant. Prices reflect increased complexity and time required at the higher levels.

Package 2: Resume and cover letter: add $100 to the above for a hands-on tradesperson or Foreman; add $150 to the above if you are in a leadership role above that level

Taxes apply. Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard or Interac Email Transfer. A 50% deposit is required at the end of the consultation. The balance is due within 48 hours of emailing the first draft to you.
